[vlc-devel] some translation issues in VLC 0.9.0

It should be good in tomorow nihtlies. But Qt4 is not translated in all
the language of vlc.

If you want to translate these extra-strings, you can find the file to translate
 at http://people.videolan.org/~xtophe/l10n/qt4/qt_untranslated.ts

That is an XML file, you can edit with a text editor or with Lingist
which comes in qt4  (package qt4-dev-tools on Debian,
http://trolltech.com/developer/downloads/qt/windows  i'll try to put
the win binary online so that you don't have to download the whole thing
from Trolltech)
