The defines come from svn://svn.mplayerhq.hu/mga_vid/mga_vid/trunk/mga_vid.h
and they are incompatible because i changed the ioctl interface of mga_vid
last May to allow a simpler and backward compatible update path of the
interface (see also

The reason why i didn't test the patch is, because ./configure
complained about too many missing required libs that i gave up on it.
If you can compile a x86_64 version for me, i'll happily test it.
