I learned the following sample configuration from
http://wiki.videolan.org/UnixCompile. My intention is to build the vlc
GUI with QT to play audio and video with all CODEC formats (mp3, mp4,
wma, afs, aacplus, real audio, etc. Could anyone update me a proper
configuration?

% ./configure --enable-x11 --enable-xvideo --disable-gtk --enable-sdl
--enable-ffmpeg --with-ffmpeg-mp3lame --enable-mad --enable-libdvbpsi
--enable-a52 --enable-libmpeg2 --enable-dvdnav --enable-faad
