I could help on the Win32 port. With the WinCE port, I worked on a
large part of LibVLC and the modules, and the Windows CE API is just a
subset of the Win32 API, so it may be easy to switch the projects. I'm
not sure I can fix all the bugs, but I could help a bit. What do you
think of that?
