[vlc-devel] Enabling player window to appear on top of FS

Hello All,

I am new to vlc -development. can someone give me a hint of where/how to set
the video player's window to appear on top of fullscreen window manually
(i.e. the functionality under Alt-Tab)? specifically under linux.
