[vlc-devel] parameters in x264 module

Dear all,

when i see the API documentation of VLC on 
http://www.videolan.org/developers/vlc/doc/doxygen/html/, the x264 
module contains pass, stats parameters for multi pass H264 encoding. But 
i've got source code of VLC 0.8.6i and i'ven't  seen  these  parameters. 
In which version VLC contains these parameters ?

I also want to know if there is possible to include parameters to set 
quant matrices.
