[vlc-devel] Add parameters for H264 encoding

Oh thats good. This time im doing the same. For this i;ve got a small class
that does the glue beetween wxwidgets and libvlc. Of course the class is not
a full wrapper of the API. Right now it initializes libvlc and later plays
or stops the video on a wxPanel window. But i have got a problem and it is
not working at current state. Though it worked in the past and i'll be
working on it.
We could exchange experience on this or try to make a common class. If
you're interested i could post the class here..
