[vlc-devel] make utility can’t recompile vlc project properly (work with vlc-0.8.6h + cygwin)

Please help
I changed same function in project, for example, libvlc_add_broadcast(…).
Then I compile project with make utility, simply run $ make
All compile.
Thereafte libvlc_add_broadcast(…) function execute without my overpatching.

Currently, I find only one solution. I do rebuild project $ make clean &&
make
