Again:
-tested on Vista and XP

Same again on XP, but very very FAST in Vista (3secs...)

VLC takes 11.5MB to start.

VLC segfaults on:
 - DVD playback with no menus, DVD isos
 - last.fm submission
 - h264 streaming...
