[vlc-devel] small cosmetic issue on main interface

Just in case ...

1. Suppose that Tools -> Advanced controls is OFF already when VLC is
started.
By clicking / toggling the Advanced controls position, two more buttons
are shown or hidden respectively. The horizontal size of the VLC window
will expand or contract dynamically with the equivalent size of those
two buttons.

2. Suppose that Tools -> Advanced controls is ON already when VLC is
started.
By clicking / toggling the Advanced controls position, even when the
two buttons are hidden, the horizontal size of the VLC windos remains
the same, large as when the two buttons are still there (i.e. the
horizontal window size is no longer dynamic).
