[vlc-devel] var_Get and var_Set warning/debug messages

It seems that var_Get and var_Set won't warn if they are used to retrieve or set variables that don't exist (they do return error codes). At least I would like to get debug/warning messages to message log when var_Get or var_Set tries abuse non existent variables. This would be development and debugging a little and also it could reveal some issues if there are some code changes later.
