Hey Pierre,

updated builds with "--enable-release --enable-update-check --with- 
macosx-sdk=/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk" are on the way right now.

Changing the SDK and setting another MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET would  
require hacking configure.ac. Since we don't use any Leopard features  
at all, I rather would like to pretend to be an ordinary 10.4  
application, just to make sure. Let's do it your way for 0.9.1 or  
1.0.0, so we get a bit of testing. I don't really trust the runtime  
here.

I've got no clue where this "Resources Disabled" folder come from (I  
guess it is created by the so-called native target within our  
xcodebuild packaging step), but I'll surely remove it.

I'll binaries directly to ganesh tonight, so they can be distributed  
across our mirrors. If you want further tests first, shout here until  
10 PM CEST.
