I am not able to reach the Arabic translation Maintainer. Is it possible to
send me the arabic .po file to start working on the missing translation?

Could you please send me the ar.po file regarding VLC?
I noticed several strings were still in English when running the Arabic
version of VLC so I would like to offer my help in fixing some of these
issues.
