 The changes about the real demuxer and avcodec for real video should probably 
be backported  (I do not think it can make things worst seeing the state of the
demuxer).
 At least, it does not segfault on every 3 files, and as a side effects, it
actually works :)

 One untested scenario is with native dll decoders, and that one should be
tested.
