[vlc-devel] Translation.

Hi. I was thinking about doing an Icelandic translation of the VLC player,
but I have no programming experience? Can I open the file in a "regular"
text edit program and translate it there? I hope you can find a way for me
to translate it, as I know it's the most popular player in Iceland.
