[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Changed snapshot naming format to be prefix-YYMMDD-HHmms.ext

Damn... I'll have to prove again my human nature....
i was working on an old branch (cause i'm working on other parts of
vlc too) and had dirty working tree  ( i just learned git statsh
seconds ago..). So i mistakenly sent a patch without the thread safety
fix...

The supplementary commit should fix it.
