[vlc-devel] [Patch] on Windows set Thread Priority if thread was successful launchned

Hello,

on my resarch why audio (DTS/AC3) on windows starts starving, or playing silence
on CPU load changes, I found that the priority of the threads isn't set properly
... the old source (threads.c) tries to set priority in case that the thread wasn't launched
successful...so on windows all threads from VLC where/are running on Normalpriority...

I hope this patch will fix some other issues on windows - too... as side effect.
