[vlc-devel] VLC with GCC 4.3

This diffs enable VLC to be built with GCC 4.3

They possibly break Dirac Encoding and MKV Chapter support, as I had to 
comment out functions there... This is untested though. Apart from that, 
there are just additional includes (GCC 4.3 has cleaned up header files and 
therefore requires thorough including). With this changes, I've managed to 
build all contribs and VLC + mozilla plugin + activex plugin without error.

The patch files go to /extras/contrib/src/Patches
