[vlc-devel] Another set of GCC 4.3 Patches

Ok, here is a final set of GCC 4.3 Patches. This time, only includes are 
added and the name of 1 macro is changed. There is an issue with axvlc_rc 
not compiling, but this is a binutils/windres issue and not related with 
VLC. If you have troube compiling, delete the final two lines of axvlc_rc.rc 
(or do not build with activex). I'll adress this issue to the binutils guys.
