[vlc-devel] VLC & Bandwidth utilization...

Hi All,

I was able to verify an interesting occurance with VLC
where with 0.9.0b 2/21 build I was able to see that
the bandwidth utilization could reach as high as 90%
while playing a movie and then cause the video to
freeze on VLC.

Is there someway to regulate the download speed (rate)
at which buffers are downloaded) to see if the movie
still plays smoothly at a lower bandwidth utilization?
