[vlc-devel] Korean translation update

Hi.

Korean localization has a missing translation.
I posted a patch file for this before, but it isn't committed in SVN  
yet.
Why the patch isn't committed looks like that I didn't post it as  
neither of an attached patch file nor a full po file.
So, I post it again as full po file.

I've posted about 4 messages before, and two of them contain patch.  
However, I couldn't get any responses about them. Is there any problem?
