[vlc-devel] Paused divx does not resume if it has B-Frames (streamed)

Hi,

I don't know if this is a known problem. But when streaming a divx movie, if
it contains B frames and the movie is paused the movie will never resume in
the player's window. The streamer will resume streaming but the video is not
played in the receiving player. The message log just fills up with 'late
picture skipped (...)' and 'PTS is out of range (..), dropping buffer'
messages. This does not happen when I rerun the divx file in the a converter
(ex: Dr. Divx) and remove the B frames without any other changes.

I have seen this behavior since 0.8.2 and I can reproduce it with recent
0.9.0 builds.
