I must have missed this discussion. What does the path=stream.ts mean 
when bind=:8080 ?

Doesn't bind=:8080 mean that it listens/streams to 0.0.0.0:8080 ??

And does path=stream.ts in this context mean it is streaming input file 
stream.ts ??
