yes, i agree with that.

at the moment, the security policy is set at the libvlc level, but  
ideally one should be able to override this policy on a per module (or  
hierarchy of module) basis, a bit like apache configuration file. I am  
not sure if we should give the user that much flexibility, but if we  
do, the defaults values should be quite conservative.

with the current setup, if you type:

vlc --security-policy=1 ...

you should be able to use command line options
