What's the use of such a commit? Can't you wait until you have the whole
change done before commiting? (Ok, this one doesn't hurt compilation or
anything but I still beleive that we shouldn't commit partial stuff just
for the heck of getting an extra commit ... plus VLC_CONFIG_SAFE sets
b_unsafe to TRUE which is inconsistent)
