Sorry but if you look at the history, he probably has the highest 
kludge-to-commit ratio over the last two years.

Wishful thinking. We are already unable to properly keep up with two branches. 
How can we even think of adding a third one?

It is clear that review after commit does not work. You all have refused to 
implement review before commit... Sorry guys but I think you are being 
inconsistent.
