[vlc-devel] playback errors

hello,

I follow the list and the nightlies for some time now and 0.9 improves  
stability a lot. But I have one problem. Lot of my .avi files (mostly  
xvid) have problems. They start with a black screen and needs several  
seconds to show some video and it needs some seconds to get rid of the  
blocks. The same happens if I skip forward. Sometimes it helps if I  
hit pause/play.
Is seems if has some problems finding keyframes.

Nothing of this happens in vlc 0.86.

I use the VLC nightlies, Mac OS X 10.5.4 PPC.
