[vlc-devel] libvlc: set startup options after startup

Hi,

I would like to know if startup options (libvlc_new) can be set somewhere
else ?

Since I have string array encoding issues with Microsoft's dotnet framework,
I can't set startup options. Either it does not start (errors) or it adds
"squares" to playlist...
