[vlc-devel] Translation in Dutch

Hello

I would like to help with the Dutch translation of VLC Media Player. I have sent an e-mail to the responsible (Derk-jan Hartman), but I didn't receive an answer.
What do I have to do when I translate some strings? Can I send the .po-file to this e-mail address?
