[vlc-devel] missing strings for translation

Tooltips related (.pot file from vlc-snapshot-20080731.tar.bz2):

- the tooltip "Play\nIf the playlist is empty, open a media" over the
main play button is still missing

- with Advanced controls set, when using the button that says "Loop
from point A to point B continuously.\nClick to set point A", the
button tooltip changes to "Click to set point B"; this string is missing

- during the loop feature usage, the button tooltip changes again to
"Stop the A to B loop"; this string is missing
