[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Solve segfault when taking a snapshot

Hello,

Attached patch should solve the problem I was told about in 0.8.6h

I was responsible for letting a bug go into 0.8.6g release, and I am
also responsible for this bug.

More exactly I am responsible for making an old bug more obvious.

This patch is a workaround only, the correct fix will take me some time to do:
I'll develop it on 0.8.6-bugfix branch but will push it only to master branch.

Backporting to bugfix and taking the responsibility for future
problems will be up to the release managers.
