--sout-transcode-{crop,padd,canvas}* options have all been removed. Once
I've finished writting the needed code and testing, you'll be able to
acheive the same functionality using:
--sout-transcode-vfilter 'croppadd{<some options>}'

I'm not really sure what canvas did, if someone can enlighten me it
would really be appreciated.
