[vlc-devel] [PATCH] enable display of background bitmaps (eg, picture subtitles) (kate streams)

Hi,

this tiny patch enables code that was there, but wasn't enabled before
(as it needed an unreleased version of libkate).

While there, am I supposed to add anything to the extras/contrib directory
for building against libkate ?
