but, when creating the vars in demux/ts.c VLC_VAR_ISCOMMAND should be added
and for mux/mpeg/ts.c they were not created at all, so i will need to make
some changes to the patch again (it is ready, but will hold it for while in
case there is something else), sorry about the endless updates, but hope it is
for good and var_Command is realy more elegant solution ... will try to add
command execution for the browsers instead of csa properties.
