Obviously, this commit reintroduces the latest version of libdvdread  
0.9.7 in a self-compiled way, as it isn't part of libdvdnav anymore.  
That's why, a bunch of includes in libdvdnav had to be changed.
Additionally, there are some fixes here and there based upon our  
patched libdvdnav version used for the 0.8.6 branch.

The changes to FFmpeg in this patch weren't actually intended, but  
don't seem to be harmful so far. Please tell me, if I'm wrong here.
