When adding an item to the playlist using playlist_AddInput using an  
interface module, the callback in question is not triggered correctly,  
so the interface doesn't update meaning that it won't show the item  
although it may be playing. You can easily reproduce that by using the  
OSX interface's open dialogues. Note that drag'n'drop will work as  
expected due to some internal black magic.
