	Hello,

This adds support for the reworked vout window interface, which should support 
proper locking, to the Qt4 plugin. This fixes the segmentation fault due to 
uninitialized window request callbacks.

Unfortunately, the Qt4 plugin itself still return an invalid X11 handle (as it 
did when the segmentation did not occur). That seems very much like a Qt4 
plugin bug, and I am not capable of fixing that.

If you care about the embedde video output, you've got ten days to SEND A 
PATCH before the -test1 release.
