[vlc-devel] Win32 & OSX build

	Hello,

Do the build bots really need to build the contrib all the time? Builds are 
almost _always_ broken because of this, such that it is impossible to check 
whether the actual VLC builds (which was the original intent of the build 
bot, no?). In the mean time, I have an excuse for not checking that my 
commits work on these systems, but that seems hardly optimal.
