[vlc-devel] #transcode:display broken?

At the time of FOSDEM, the security policy would prevent transcode from 
working though... After 3 hours of bisection, all I get is that it 
started "broke" when the security policy was _removed_ by 
cc1f013dc503b70fab75d059686044fb2b7a1116. In other words, I get no useful 
results. Before cc1f013dc503b70fab75d059686044fb2b7a1116, transcode would not 
do anything (silent failure).
