[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Fix #1640

Hi,

   this patch probably can fix ticket 1640 "teletext buttons appear too  
often"
but I didnt test it, because I dont have stream with teletext for test.

If someone has and is willing to test it, there is the only one thing for  
test,
=> the buttons appear when stream starts.
