Hmm. I am having the opposite problem with RTP-Vorbis. There is no granule
position, except for the first Vorbis packet in each RTP packet (since
there is no Ogg). But the Vorbis codec fails to extrapolate the
intermerdiate PTS (it seems).

RTP ??? At least there you can use video/prs.dflynn-dirac until a standard
is accepted if ever.
