This breaks our MMX patch and therefore the compilation on Darwin-x86.  
Please adapt it accordingly if you wish to use HEAD.

Additionally, it probably makes sense to use a fixed revision instead  
of HEAD for FFmpeg in trunk to avoid breaking patches once or twice a  
week ;-)
