[vlc-devel] [PATCH]Fixed a segfault caused by malformed RSS

I added a Podcast that is not like the Apple specs, like this one :
http://www.novaplanet.com/syndication-rss-xml/performances.xml
When I click on Playlist->Additional Sources->Podcasts, it creates a
segmentation fault. I added a simple test that displays an error
message when vlc cannot read the file.

It is not a great piece of code, but I hope it can be enough for a
qualification to the GSoC :)
If that's not, please tell me, I will look for another nice bug.
