[vlc-devel] ascii video filter

Hi guys,

I want to participate on SoC, and so I have to send in a small patch.

I decided to write a small video filter, which uses the word "VLC" as a mask for the Luma (Y) of the video.
It looks pretty ugly, and the name is stupid, too :)
