[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Rename libvlc_MediaInstance and libvlc_MediaDescriptor

Here is the 2 patches integrated:
- first one that implements the Stopped event
- second one that renames libvlc_MediaInstance and libvlc_MediaDescriptor
to libvlc_MediaPlayer and libvlc_Media

Also libvlc_MediaPlayerReachedEnd as been renamed to libvlc_MediaPlayerEndReached
to be more consistent with the rest of the API.
