[vlc-devel] Publishing a beta release of my plugin RemoteOSD

Hello all

The review of my plugin "RemoteOSD" is during longer than I hoped.

RemoteOSD is a VNC client implemented as video-filter. It is intended to use VLC as streaming client for the streaming server VDR with ffnetdev streaming plugin and shows the OSD menu of the VDR.

Funman already reviewed the patch and I implemented the changes he requested, but he will not commit it before someone else that is familar with video-filters also reviewed it.

Now I would like to publish a beta release of my self-compiled VLC containing my plugin for beta testing to the VDR community (www.vdr-portal.de, VDR is the streaming server my plugin is intended for). Is it allowed to do this?
