[vlc-devel] News concerning Ticket #686: mozilla plugin

Hi -

I've been monitoring this list for fixes that might relate to this
bug, and there have been quite a few recently.

Using a recent vlc Mozilla plugin from git, I cannot reproduce this
bug anymore (crash if multiple plugin instances are active).

However, it occasionally occasionally crashes the browser if I quit or
reload a page *during initialization* of the plugin, after the black
box has appeared but before the video starts playing, even if the page
(and the browser) contains only a single instance of the plugin.

Any ideas what the reason for this might be?
