[vlc-devel] VOD : freeze while the multicast input is not there

Hi

Here is an issue with vlc vod server.
When you try to enable a vod media, if the multicast input is not there, it can
block indefinitely (cannot even quit vlc).

Could there be a timeout to cancel this, in case the input is empty.
This happens only with vod enabling action. If you try to just read this source,
you can quit vlc.

Step to reproduce with telnet interface :
> new test vod
> setup test input rtp://@224.0.0.30:1234
> setup test enabled
