[vlc-devel] h.264 stream with gaps in frame num

The video is recorded, so I dont have the original video. The dropped
packets are never referenced in the
decoder. H.264 Compliant decoders should be able to ignore these gaps and
play the elementary
streams. The H.264 decoder used by VLC is not compliant ???
