- FFmpeg palette ?

- Skins2 are borken on windows... no fix seen...
- WMA/APE are broken, but this is probably FFmpeg issue.

- Copy to PL from ML destroys item in ML, which is not a bug, but a
  misconception, I think...
- Does deinterlacing work on all platforms correctly ? (I doubt)
